I am 52.75 years old. My Grandmother on my Mom's side died basically from high cholesterol levels. Back then, there were not many warnings about what or what not to eat, especially growing up and then living on a small farm in Scandinavia. There was lots of high fat foods in her diet, butter cookies, pastries, high fat meats, etc. So as I grew up, I had a very similar diet. Lots of fat, sugar, etc. My cholesterol level is now at 190. I am 6"tall and mostly thin except for my gut, (38"waist). I want to go back to the gym but cannot afford it right now. Please help. Thank you. Lars, YYYY@YYYY
