I Am 56yr. Old Female, Went Into Menopause At 52

I am 56yr. old female, went into menopause at 52 , completely stopped period, at 55 I sought out help for having extreme hot flashes , lack of sleep , for a yr. I did the pellet type hormone replacement, did great , Dr. ended up retiring, so at that point I never did the hormone replacement again.
After 4 months my period came back with a vengeance, needless to say have had it almost an entire year, extreme heavy bleeding , blood clots galore ,it's taken a tool on me , I became very anemic, my hemoglobin dropped as low as 6, ended up going to hospital , excruciating cramps , Very fatigued, anyway, the ling of my uteras from diagnosis from obgyn said the uteras ling was 13 CN.meters suppose to be 5 cnm, is the common or should I be concerned, going to obgyn to have a biopsy next week?
