I Am 58 Years Old And Have Hypertension. It Is

I am 58 years old and have hypertension. It is hereditary. I exercise, do not smoke, don't overeat, and try to overlook things I can't change that cause stress. The thing is, I don't necessarily want to live to be 90 years old. 75 or so is plenty long for me. However, I would like to stay reasonably "healthy" for the rest of whatever I have left here. In sum, I see no benefits at all to old age. I don't want to go right away, though.
Does any of this make sense? Any thoughts? Thank you.
