I Am 59 Yrs Old, No High Blood Pressure, Or

I am 59 yrs old, no high blood pressure, or high cholesterol, however I am over weight and my family all have both. Today, after a stressful week, I was driving to work and began getting pain on the inside of my elbow on left arm. Then the left side of my neck began to hurt, all followed by a headache. the headache remains, however, the arm/neck pain are intermittent.
