I Am 61 Years Old, Had A Hysterectomy At Age

I am 61 years old, had a hysterectomy at age 30 and have been taking Premarin since then- I have been weaning off of it for the past month, and have one pill left- have been taking it every third day- I have not had so much trouble with night sweats, or hot flashes, but can't get back to sleep when I wake up-
I take Relax all or Alterel as a sleep aid, and also take a Menopuse multi vitamin and menopautonic- blend of herbs to help with menopause symptoms-
HSU health store suggested I try premarin cream- does this have dangerous side effects just like the premarin I was taking? can you suggest something that is not a RX drug to help with sleeplessness?
