I Am 62 , I Have Regular Check Ups Only

I am 62 , I have regular check ups only minor health issues. Gurd, thyroid, broken left patella and broken right shoulder healed well from both. Very active bicyclist. In 2014 my yearly mammo was done. It was reported I had dence breasts, Have never been told that before. In Dec 2015 a Mammo was done again. then in Feb 2016 I received a certified letter from the Hospital Radiodation department stated that there mammo machine was faulty , they had to stop doing mammos. IT was adviced that I have a repeat Mammo done. Since both mammos have been done I have developed on left breast only a rash, that itches and goes away then comes back it appears my skin is discolored. Could I have received radiation burn from faulty machine ? My Dr has been treating it as a fungus infection, however I have not had a fungus culture ordered or done. Please advice. Thank you.
