I Am 67, Male, Not Taking Any Drugs, Non Smoker,

I am 67, male, not taking any drugs, non smoker, was treated for stomach cancer 2 years ago. Treatment was chemo, gastric bypass surgery, chemo. I'm not taking any drugs. I have developed a throbbing pain from my shoulders through both of my arms and from my buttocks through both my legs. I weigh 145lbs, my BP is 140 over 80. The pain started 6 hours ago. I have taken 2 500mg acetaminophen 4 hours ago with no relief . I am relatively active.
