I am 75 year old woman with lots of weird, unusual problems, that are generally under control. I have Mast Cell Activation Disorder, which since diagnosed and treated in 2000. has been kept under control with medication which I have gotten through Merck's patient assistance program. My now PCP thinks that Mastocytosis is a shame, and will not sign the papers for me to get my medication. I have been decreasing the intake of Clarinex to one pill a day from three to bide my time until I could get back on this program. I am in a quantry in getting a new Doctor, as at my age, no one wants to accept me. What do I do? I need help to keep the Masto under control desperately. Thank you for any ideas. Jan Brach
