I Am 81 Yr Old Female. Relatively Healthy, Scheduled For

I am 81 yr old female. Relatively healthy, scheduled for cataract surgery (with laser astigmatism removal). I have stage 3 CKD, last 2 years, which is stabilized, but am not supposed to take nsaids. Also, In Dec. 2017 had a pacemaker implanted for low heart rate and suffered a blood clot, for which I am taking eliquis, prescribed ror 6 months, with no evident side effects. The ophthalamic drops prescribed for the cataract surgery period are nsaids. Is this any problem for me? I'm guessing that, because I'm not ingesting them, they will be ok, but would like your advice. Thankyou
