I Am 85 And Boarder-line Diabetic With Systemic Lupus, Major

I am 85 and boarder-line diabetic with systemic Lupus, major pains in feet especially nights, various things, phagicitis, neuropathy, gout, not sure which is causing the hot shooting pains with bee stinging, sometimes looks red and warm, other times cold but red, other times, purple and cold, I take 600 mg Alpha Lopic Acid, not doing the job, need to know if I should take more, and guessing the shooting pain n great toes sometimes, and swollen red ankle, dif. walking week, guess is GOUT don't have much money, if I had a LIST of FOODS to avoid, would be a great help, thanks Jeannie Clark.
