I Am A 26 Y.o Female On A Water Pill,

I am a 26 y.o female on a water pill, blood pressure pill, a pill for my potassium (which dropped dangerously low after starting the w.p) daily low dose aspirin and a birth control pill. I've been on these pills for a year. Recently I've had some bad muscle spasms in my left calf muscle and have noticed a rather large bruise in the area of the spasm. Is this of great concern?
