I Am A 28 Year Old Female. Through A Blood

I am a 28 year old female. Through a blood test I was diagnosed as having a vitamin D deficiency <14. I have been offered a choice of infusion of Arachitol 3 lac units for 3 weeks and D-Rise 60,000 UI once a week for next two months. Also, i have been taking Shelcal - 500 everyday.
I had pain in knees of both my legs, but more severe in the left leg. Now, the right leg dosen't pain at all. The left leg is healing, but very slow. The knee pain in left leg also leads to pain in pelvic bone and sometimes pain in the whole leg if i put more stress. I have reduced all my physical activities. If find it difficult to take stairs as my left knee pains.
Below are some of the test results my doc advised:

ESR: 4
CRP: was normal
T3: 3.05
T4: 1.23
TSH: 0.558
Magnesium serum: 2.20
HB: 13
Calcium: 9.3

Since, it's already been a month that i am bearing with pain and my physical activities have reduced a lot. Just want to know why the pain is there in left leg. Could it be weakness in bone, muscles or ligament? If it's happening due vitamin d deficiency alone, how long would it take?

Thank You!
