I Am A 37 Year Old, 5'4", 135 Lb Female

I am a 37 year old, 5'4", 135 lb female in pretty good health. I regularly take cardio and core building exercise classes with no problems. I have started running and have enjoyed the challenge. I feel fine while running, but right after I stop running, I develop pressure behind my eyes that lasts for about 30 minutes. It isn't really a headache as it just feels like my eyes are bulging. My blood pressure tends to be on the low side of normal and this happens no matter the time of day that I run. (Therefore, I don't think it would be related to what I am eating before running.) any advice?
