I am a 46 year old women and recently had a couple of neurological exams, since i am tripping a lot, falling and dropping objects easily. I also cannot cut foods- there's just not enough force coming out, and even have trouble styling my hair etc. My non-contrasts brain and cervical spine MRIs came back normal except for severe right neural formalinal narrowing, with a disc bulge at c4-c5, with possible radiculopathy, but i really have no pain, only fatigability and weakness. On examination, I have been told i have hyperreflexia all over with some clonus." My plantar reflexes are 'silent', not up going or downwarding. I also have pronator drift in my right arm, an unstable Romberg, spasticity in my legs and mild ataxia, as written on my reports by two neurologists. Although they cannot seem to pinpoint the cause. I have had these signs and symptoms for over two years with gradual progression. Without diagnosing me, of course, could you provide me with an idea of some possible conditions in which these signs may indicate and some potential tests that you might recommend? My CBC, B12 level and Thyroid level results came back at optimal levels.Thank you.
