I Am A 48 Yo Female, 5'1", About 230 Lb,

I am a 48 yo female, 5'1", about 230 lb, hx of fibromyalgia, bipolar disorder, had a TAHBSO about 13 years ago, had a colonoscopy about 3 weeks ago. I was prescribed a medication by the gastroenterologist who performed the colonoscopy to help with diarrhea, which was the reason for the colonoscopy. He prescribed colestipol micronized 1g with instructions of take 1 - 2 tabs po prn diarrhea. I took 2 tabs at 9 pm last night for diarrhea. It seemed to get a bit worse so at 1 am this morning I took 2 more. Now I am having extreme diarrhea, very watery; abdominal pain/cramps; gas; bloating; nausea; no vomiting as yet. I am wondering if there is anything I can do to help alleviate these symptoms at least until Monday when I can contact my MD.
