I am a 55 yr. Old male, no major health issues. 6'2", 270 lbs, I stepped wrong on my left leg. No major discomfort, I put a hot compressed on it, some relief, took 3 Tylenol. The area is my knee, it now is very warm. I can been it, move my feet back and forth. No issues there, but my knee is swollen an warm.
