I Am A 56 Yo Retired Female. I Have Had

I am a 56 yo retired female. I have had a CVA in 2001, Breast cancer 2003, Cardiac stent 2008, Migraines, Dx with Prinzmetal Syndrome in 2009 during heart cath, have renal issues and chronic pain. The last three weeks, I wake up with foam in my mouth. This AM I woke up with dried blood on face and blood and foam spots on my pillow. Did not have any pain, but have been having migraines and headaches with NV. S&S have not been controllable with my medications. Aneurysms are prominent on paternal side. I am a retired nurse. Everything I have seen so far has been on deceased patients. What could possibly going on? Thank you.
