I Am A 58 Y/o African American Woman Who Is

I am a 58 y/o African American Woman who is experiencing severe pain in feet and legs which have been swollen along with ankles thighs and knees for 14 weeks now. Have been to ER 9 times since March and all the Doctors are saying/doing is Diabetes, and HTN and Diabetes is a recent diagnosis. I am in a situation where putting feet up is not working and unable to lay down...experiencing muscle spasms from that...have concerns that since a full heat to toe exam has not been done that there may be other issues to consider like the uterine fibroids could be sitting on a nerve or the anal bleeding could be a factor...all ultrasound for legs and heart, liver, kidneys everything checks out normal, On Lasik, Lisinopril and now off of Hydrochlorothiaside...but calves are hard as rocks and some veins feel like ropes...Dr's are saying the problem is in the tiny veins not circulating the blood properly
