I am a 61 year old female. My total cholesterol is 227. Broken down as follows: HDL 70, LDL 122, triglycerides 177, VLDL 35. I exercise 4 or 5 days a week (walk, yoga, or ride my horse) I am 5'21/2" and weigh 125. I try to eat right. I take 2 fish oil tablets each day. vitamins, etc. It has been suggested I try Choles-T to help. What is your opinion.
