I Am A 62-yr-old Woman With Type 1 Diabetes. Normally

I am a 62-yr-old woman with Type 1 diabetes. Normally very active - I walk 4 miles with no problem. This morning I took my granddaughter to the park and had the following symptoms: sweating, nausea (did not vomit), tiredness. I came home, drank some water, injected some insulin, got into the a/c and feel much better. I woke up this morning with very high blood glucose (311) since I ate a big family dinner last night.
