I Am A 66 Year Old Male Who Has Chronic

I am a 66 year old male who has chronic pain and have a history of having taken various pain medication for over 20 years. I am consistently under a doctor's care, but, of late am having increasing difficulty urinating. I feel an urge, then nothing, finally a weak flow. There is little volume, seemingly not as much as my fluid intake. The color, however, is generally straw. I am currently being treated for a (recurring) urinary tract infection, but
the strong antibiotic makes me throw up. What are some things that I need to watch for besides enlarged prostrate (not indicated).
