I Am A 68 Yr Old Woman That Has A

I am a 68 yr old woman that has a history of Lupus, Kidney disease and I have a heart stent that was put in may of 2017. Lately I have had alot of tingling and numbness in my legs, feet, arms and hands. 3 days ago I was at an outside event with my family when I was stricken with severe pain between my shoulder blades that eventually radiated to my chest (in the middle). The pain was like a squeezing and unbearable. I took nitro as i was instructed but when it didn't work 911 was called, my blood pressure was 185/158, I was short of breath and nauseas. EMTs quickly determined that it wasn't a heart attack. In the hosp I had many tests CT scans, chest xrays (which initially showed a PE but was later said to be a mistake in the reading), ultrasounds, bloodwork...no angiogram. Nothing was found and I was released from the hosp last night.
