I Am A 70 Year Old Woman With Disabling Chronic

I am a 70 year old woman with disabling chronic pain following open spine surgery about 10 years ago. Have been followed by local "pain clinic" doctors, opiates, nerve treatments, injections, spinal stimulator etc. Standard med treatment which has never worked well and now working less. I am researching med marijuana use but cannot find a physician in my area for consultation/or marijuana card. I continue to have my meds, fentanyl patches and oxycodone for breakthrough pain but would like to cut all of this down if I can, begin using med marijuana. ACDC has been suggested at local dispensaries, which has appealed to me as when I was young I experienced high anxiety when using marijuana (on two occasions). Reported ratio is about 20:1. I don't want the anxiety response. Any ideas for me? I am attempting to learn what I can about CBD/THC. Have been using CBD balm, and tincture, but only about 6 mg day.
