I Am A Former Receipient Of An IDET Back Surgery

I am a former receipient of an IDET back surgery for 2 herniated discs about 11 years ago.
I experienced a lot of back and pain in the right leg at that time and for a long time before I received treatment. I am a woman 51 yrs old, and for the last couple of months I have been experiencing deep right leg pain, stiffness in knee joint, tingling, tender patches, all over stiffness in the am, and extreme dryness in the eyes, I have had insomina for sometime so I do not now if this is a symptom, and I am menopausal.
No back pain per se, just tired back.
It seems to be more intense and I am getting fatigued in the legs easily, trouble driving and occassional numbness in the feet.
I suspect that this may be some kind of nerve damage or atrophy from the back injury.
Last night my leg was tingling and spasm and I could not sleep until I was completely exaugsted.
What kind of doctor should I seek help from?
