I Am A White Female - 68 Years Old. Relatively

I am a white female - 68 years old. relatively Good health - but I do take medication for high blood pressure (Lisinopril), thyroid (Levothyroxine), and Simvastatin for cholesterol. I have spots of dark red/purple all over my body. I began noticing them last August. They began on my torso by the top of my legs. They got a white spot in the center; the spot of white disappeared after a while (a few months). I now have these spots all over my body: torso, armpits - extending down my arms. Also one big one runs up my spine on my back. I began to get them in my pubic area and these spots in the pubic area now have white, thick scaly centers. They are not itchy. I was diagnosed with Granuloma annulare (no lab tests were done if there are any). I have had a blood test for Lyme Disease - negative. The spots around my groin are growing and are now covering most of the area. The Granuloma annulare explanation on the paper I was given does not mention any white, thick scaly centers. I guess the question is: Should I continue with the Granuloma annulare diagnosis and wait for them to disappear on their own? How long should I wait for this condition to clear itself? my e-mail: YYYY@YYYY Thank you for taking time to read and answer this question.
