I Am A48 Year Old Female. I Had My Hysterectomy

I am a48 year old female. I had my hysterectomy in 2010. In the past 8 months I have gained 60 pounds. I feel like the temperature gauge in my body is broken. When I do have hot flashes, they start at the roots of my hair. I sweat buckets of drenching sweat even at moderate or normal exertion. My home is air controlled at 67 degrees & NO heat during the winter. My right upper arm is flushed red almost all the time. When I do anything, my body temp raises, I sweat, my right arm flushes & then the flush continues to my face, left arm, torso, & legs. I am not right! Please answer what you think could be wrong.
Thanks,
Jamie
