I am a50 year old man, and I weigh about 460 pounds. I am on ten medications. I have high blood pressure, sleep apnea, high cholesterol, type 2 diabetes, just to name a few of my medical conditions. I have had short term success with weight loss over the years, losing 40- 60 pounds several times. However, I always go back to my poor eating habits and quit exercising,failing over and over again. The weight is always regained. I want to get healthy and extend my life without surgery. Can anyone help me.!
