I am diabetic, 68 years old, male. Other than diabetes, I have no other health problems. However, recently, a cyst was found on my thyroid, after complaining of sometimes losing my voice or a choking/tightening of throat feeling when talking. My doctor said that it was not the type of cyst that required any special treatment, unless I had difficulty in swallowing, which I do not have. For the last couple of months, my stomach has been bloated (hard, uncomfortable), I have frequently been constipated, and I have had bad headaches. Any ideas?
