I Am Experiencing High Glucose Numbers> As Of Monday I

I am experiencing high glucose numbers> as of Monday i was placed on humalog and lantis. the initial was 8 units pe breakfast, lunch, and dinner. if the numbers before I eat are a certain number i should increase the number of units, for example:
if when i test before i eat automatically i should take 8 units
151-200 1 additional unit
201-250 2 add. units
my numbers are still very high (426) before i ate so im taking since Tuesday 14 units 3 times a day and 26 units of lantis over night, I have been watching my diet (turkey, bake chicken, veggie wheat bread and i wake up in the 400 what am i doing incorrect can you help
