I Am Experiencing Pain On The Right Side Of My

I am experiencing pain on the right side of my abdomen. There is lots of gurgling and bubbling. I experienced nausea yesterday at 1600 and last night at 0100. What I eat or drink comes back up. I called 911 yesterday about 1630 because of central chest pain and the nausea, also fatigue. However by the time the EMTs arrived the pain had dissipated. I went to the ER and all findings for MI were negative (EKG, X-ray, and enzyme markers). The ER Dr offered staying for observation as an option, but I chose to come home. My temperature in the ER was 99, it is still 99. I am dehydrated, with dry mouth and skin that stands after being pinched. From about 2100 to 0100 I experienced diarrhea about every 5 minutes or so. I slept from 0100 to 0245, but the discomfort in my abdomen awoke me. My sense is that if I try to drink water again, it will come back up. Do you recommend that I consider going back to the ER. Is it okay to drive myself?
