I Am Female, 71 Years Old, Five Feet 0 Inches

I am female, 71 years old, five feet 0 inches tall, weigh 110 lbs. Five and one half years ago I had lung cancer surgery (non-smoker), followed by chemo. CT scans once a year have been clear. I am having pin prick pains in my chest, which is causing me concern as it has been a year since my last CT scan. In fact, I am due for one next week and see the doctor the week after. Frankly, I am getting to the frantic point and not sure if I am near a panic attack. Is there a possibility the pain is coming from somewhere other than the lungs? Thank you.
