I Am Forty, Female, With A Very Long History Of

I am forty, female, with a very long history of polycystic ovarian syndrome. However, I stopped having painful periods when I was in my twenties. (Still have periods, but few or no cramps) the last ultrasound I had showed endometrial tissue outside of my uterus (endometriosis). So, endometriosis, but without significant pain. When my ovarian cysts cause pain (about twice a year), it is brief but very distinctive.
Last month, I started Herbalife meal replacement and protein powder once a day, plus multivitamins and cell activator.
This month, I've had at least three cysts pop. I am concerned that whatever is causing this will also make my periods hurt. Is there any research about this, or have you heard of this? (I don't think it's the soy in Herbalife, as I ate tofu for breakfast before switching to herbalife
