I am forty, female, with a very long history of polycystic ovarian syndrome. However, I stopped having painful periods when I was in my twenties. Last month, I started Herbalife meal replacement and protein powder once a day, plus multivitamins and cell activator.
This month, I've had at least three cysts pop. I am concerned that whatever is causing this will also make my periods hurt. Is there any research about this, or have you heard of this? (I don't think it's the soy in Herbalife, as I ate tofu for breakfast before switching to herbalife
