I Am Having High BP (150/90). My Age Is 24

I am having high BP (150/90). My age is 24 male. Doctor prescribed me for ECG & Lipid Profile. Due to non availibility of any doctor i am unable to understand the ECG report. Please help me. I am writing the things which i can understand. HR=50bpm, RR=1192ms, PQ=128ms, QRS=84ms, QTC=362ms, STmax= 0.19 mV. Kindly help me fast and tell me wheather the report is normal or not and what should i do further.
