I am in my mid 50s and stupidly decided to ride a snow saucer on very packed snow with bumps. I flew over a bump and landed on my tail bone. At that point, I realized how stupid I was being and flew myself backward in an effort to stop myself from progressing down the hill and injuring myself further. At that point, I hurtkmozingo my elbow. It felt like it was bleeding though I had on 3 layers of clothing. Turns out there was no mark whatsoever, but I get a strong rug burn type pain whenever I brush it the wrong way that makes me wince. It has been 3 1/2 weeks now and I still get this pain every day, but only when rub it on something, like turning over on the mat at the gym or today, just on my car armrest.
