I am married since 10 months, I did not get periods 2 months, i took test it was negative, again happened the same. I went to mygyno, dhe gave me hormones, ultra sound, urine test, she told me I have PCOS, she gave me medicines that are metformin 500mg and Duphhaston 10 mg, and advised me not to eat sugar, oily stuff, bakery stuff as well as no meat. Its been 2 months still same problem. When will PCOS comes to an end? I cant diet, due to weakness in my body, Can I eat maggy noddle, macroni, boil egg white part in diet, as my mother in law do not allow me according to her egg provides body heat?

Now my question is when i will be get rid of PCOS and When I will get pregnant?
