I Am Not One To Experience Heartburn. I Could Say

I am not one to experience heartburn. I could say it happens very rarely. In the last week I have had what I would consider severe heartburn. Last night while in a store, I started to experience heartburn. It just got really bad quickly, I was bent over in pain. I got really nervous, I felt a pain in my chest and had shortness of breath. After getting home I took 6 children's chewable aspirin, some pepto tablets and ate lipton chicken soup with some rice. Today the usual couple cups of coffee, oatmeal, had leftovers(from a couple of days ago) for lunch, more heartburn but not as severe, took some aspirin again and pepto. Since 3pm I have had severe stomach cramps, have had at least 7 or 8 movements. First one was solid, but the rest are diarrhea and the last 2 I think have blood in them. Stomach is very tender to the touch, I do smoke again for the last 3 months( 6 cigarillos a day, inhaled) after stoppinglast year. I have smoked alot for 27 years and have been chewing nicorette gum since last year and my doctor just recently gave me bupropion 150 mg at my request to help me quit again, which I have used before. The blood is scaring me, do I need to go to the emergency room?
