I Am Taking 3 Antibiotics--clindamycin, Metronidazole & Oral Rinse--for 2

I am taking 3 antibiotics--clindamycin, metronidazole & oral rinse--for 2 different sites of bacterial infection. They are making me exceedingly nauseous. I have sought help with my oral surgeon, PC provider & pharmacist. The consensus is that I just need to tough it out--that if the the Gas-X, Pepcid, Zanta, Rinitidine, dicyclomen, Carafate (plus natural remedies) aren't working, there is nothing else to do. IS there really nothing else I can do? My body is exhausted from the medications & nausea.
