I Am Taking Amtas 5 Mg Since 10 Yrs. My

I am taking Amtas 5 mg since 10 yrs. My Pulse rate is going below 55, and feel dizziness, tired. My Dr stopped to see what happens, if it is stopped. Since 10 days after stopping,My dizziness has been reduced, my pulse rate is around 65.
Blood Preesure has gone 170-88, have chest heaviness slight, and left side heavy head.
Can you suggest?
