I Am The Daughter Of A 94 Year Old Woman

I am the daughter of a 94 year old woman ( we have a tendency to live until 110). She has excellent insurance so we have been to the best eye, kidney, heart, neurology MD's available. She has good appetite but has one debilitating issue: extreme blurriness, dizzy, fatique in later afternoon, does not watch a great deal of TV due to eyes. We had some lower sodium issues but beyond this? The neurologist thought she was throwing clots into the brain.how we got to the electrocardiologist....three meds ( never taken any other than nepehdipine for 8 years, now bisopherol as per kidney guy, and eliquis. Basically, all labs show little - kidney doctor said 10 years but for a very bright woman the eyes are extreme and she is going downhill. I don't know what to do with this.
