I believe in natural supplements and nutrition to solve my problems with hypertension and type II diabetes, can you tell me what foods would be best to help control blood pressure and blood sugar. I know that I should exercise more, but live alone and do not have a walking partner. Right now, I am taking only one med for my pressure, when it reaches over 160, systolic and that is Clonidine 0.1 MG. On the average, I take about two every 24 hours. I would like to get that down to 0 every 24 hrs.
