I Can Feel My Heart Beating In My Stomach, It

I can feel my heart beating in my stomach, it does it every day, sometimes all day long, it's been going on for 4 months. It gets so intense, my stomach feels awful, sometimes when it is really bad my stomach will start burning and hurting. Sometimes it feels like someone's hand are in my stomach and twisting it. I have weak spells and can't keep my balance. I suffer every day with this, I can't take anymore, please I need help.
