Could My Flu-like Symptoms, Hair Changes, Memory Loss, Joint Pain, Neuropathy, And Rash After A Sinus Rinse And Antibiotics Indicate An Underlying Condition?

I did a saline sinus rinse the end of aug. within a few days I had flu like sx for several days. Even my hair texture changed almost overnight. Started abx about one week later for what I thought was a sinus infx. as soon as I quit the abs 2 wks later I began to develop short term memory loss, random transient body aches. mostly joints, but some muscle, neuropathy, 2 wks ago I developed a rash on my shoulder that later resolved. Some days are good with few sx. Others are painful days and I can't figure out simple ADLs. However I am aware of the sx, as opposed to not being cognizant of what is going on around me.
