I fell in my left knee one week ago. Since, I can walk only if I put limited on that leg. It has strengthened some since the fall, however, what feels like a tendon on the right side of the patella bulges when I flex the joint, and putting extra weight on it, I.e. running or jogging still causes intense pain. I am icing it nightly, but seeing limited, if any improvement. I am a 56 year old man, in reasonable health, but no history of injury to the area.
