I Fell On Black Ice, Came Down On Hands And

I fell on black ice, came down on hands and knees from full height. I have intense pain in my lower right back, probably muscular but I can't bend down or put weight on right foot to walk, causes intense pain. Happened three days ago. Also have shoulder, knee and wrist pain, pins and needles in feet and hands. Would a chiropractor be able to help?
