I fractured my big toe 12 weeks ago, it has healed well, no complications. Yesterday I returned to the gym and my workout is usually a 45 HIIT workout, I modified this to 30 minutes low impact (I did using the rowing machine otherwise both my feet were planted firmly on the ground during all other exercises). I experienced no pain at all. However, this morning I have noticed a burning sensation at the fracture area, no constant but regular enough for me to notice & become concerned. Is this normal?
