I Got A Cold Last Sunday With Sinus Pressure ,

I got a cold last Sunday with sinus pressure , can't breath, sore throat, head pounding, neck in back hurting when I cough or blow my nose (not much comes out) and the past few days my eyes water, burn and cloud up, I am coughing continually. Been tiring to out last it but not sure if I can, should I see a doctor?
