I Got Very Dizzy After Flu Shot (Fluzone ), And

I got very dizzy after flu shot (Fluzone ), and 10 day later developed sever pain and tingling in my legs and later in my arms , those symptoms last for about 3 weeks. Now I my muscle get tired and ache so fast after any physical activities. Should I take a flu shot again? If yes, what is the best choice, Flu mist , Flu-block, preservative free option ?
