I Had A CT Scan Several Years Ago That Showed

I had a CT scan several years ago that showed a small tumor I guess on my parathyroid. For the past six months I am not myself. I have had everything from CT, Ultrasound, blood work over and over and a needle biopsy that came back inconclusive. My PTSH was 75 and my vitamin D last time was 37 (been on vitamin D for about 8 weeks originally was 13). My symptoms are: fatigue, weight gain, a little sad don't really care, can't stay a sleep through the night, have muscle cramps and joint pain, cholesterol is up to 170 (according to my physical), my knuckles turn a purple color if I get real cold, tired all the time and am getting forgetful. She keeps saying well it could be this or that and let's wait 6 months to see. I don't feel normal any longer. Is this all in my head or is there something that my endocrinologist is missing?
