I Had A Doppler Test Of My Wife And It

I had a Doppler test of my wife and it shows that Two loops of cord round neck is seen. And in Opinion it is written- Single live fetus with minimaly reduced PI and S/D of Umbical Artery. She is 35 weeks pregnebt. Is there is any complication and what are the chances of Normal deleviery.
