I had a THR back in August 2015. Initially the recovery was reasonable, I worked hard in therapy, running in a pool and swimming after my water therapy. About 5 months back I began having pain in my opposite leg, outer thigh, outer calf, outer knee just below cap, top of left foot. Sitting has become a problem and the pain is such that I have now shifted my limp or almost 9 years to the other leg. Friend who is a trainer and message therapist believes it is musculature in nature and noted atrophy more significant than the right leg/hi where the replacement was done.
